Oda is a company on the move. We built Norway’s leading online grocery store and now we want to share what we’ve created with the world! Delivering a broad assortment of high-quality and affordable low-price groceries to thousands of doorsteps is a complex process, but we believe we’ve cracked the code. Using data-driven methodology, with a focus on sustainability all the way along the chain, we are creating the most efficient retail system in the world.
We’re on the lookout for an Online Sales Manager with CRO skills to join our Growth team at Oda! In this role, you’ll help shape a brand that resonates with customers and drives satisfaction and growth.
As our Online Sales Manager, you’ll focus on maximizing sales across Oda.no, our app, and other owned channels. You’ll lead initiatives to drive both short- and long-term sales, optimizing product exposure, creating engaging campaigns, and using data-driven insights to boost customer satisfaction 🚀 Using your CRO skills, you’ll enhance campaigns and product visibility to increase engagement and conversions. You’ll also ensure consistent messaging across all channels, aligning with our marketing strategy and balancing customer needs with business goals, while working closely with teams in Product & Tech and Commercial.
What you’ll do as Online Sales Manager with us

Maximize sales on Oda.no, our app and other own channels, by analyzing customer behavior and traffic data to forecast and prioritize activities

Collaborate with Marketing Ops to attract traffic, improve conversions, and use push notifications and emails to drive engagement during peak times.

Enhance sales through strategic product exposure and campaigns with the Commercial team while balancing commercial and customer needs to meet sales targets.

Track KPIs with Growth Analysts to assess performance and review sales and campaign results.

Work with Product & Tech to develop tools that support sales goals and align digital channels with marketing plans and customer needs.

Collaborate with Marketing Ops to use push mechanisms (e.g., app notifications, emails) to drive traffic, especially during high-capacity periods
To be successful, we believe you… 🌟

That you hold a degree in Finance or Marketing, degrees in Data or Analytics are also relevant

Have +4 years experience in online sales, eCommerce, or digital marketing, along with strong analytical skills for data analysis and performance tracking

Have experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). We’re looking for someone who can bring their technical expertise to help improve the conversion rate and user experience on Oda.no

Can effectively balance commercial goals with customer needs while managing day-to-day projects.

Understand user journey mapping and can collaborate well with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

Are customer-focused with a strategic mindset.

Have experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Marketing) and knowledge of eCommerce platforms, web analytics, and digital marketing tools.

Use data analysis to improve customer satisfaction and sales while achieving targets through strategic online management.

Develop successful product exposure and campaign strategies, taking a proactive approach to personalized offerings.

Possess strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
