We are looking for a person who is looking to learn to work in the area of accessible tourism.

At Tromsø Accessible Tours we carry out tourism in the area of Tromsø that is accessible to everyone. This includes people with disabilities, and also people with other accessibility requirements such as elderly or families with small children.

It is important to have an orientation to customer service, be willing to do the extra effort always. Customer of accessible tourism are commonly persons with disabilities, who may require assistance beyond simple guiding premises

Our new employee will be someone who understands how to deal with peolpe who have a different life experience that the majority of people. So they may need more patience in asnwering all their questions and all their concerns.

Arbeidsoppgaver

The Job will require:

• Reply emails to customers wanting to make bookings
• Reply emails to customers needin extra information
• Preparing food and equipment for tours
• Make purchases needed at the office
• List is not exahustive of task, and other things may be needed
• Empathy to understand the need of People with Disabilities
• to apply you must live Norway, or have a EU citizenship
