Responsibilities and tasks:

Daily admin of HR Admin worktasks
-
Together with your colleagues, be involved in developing and digitizing HR Admin
-
Handle incoming inquiries through email or phonecall
-
Issue service certificates and work certificates
-
Apply for approval for security clearance
-
Onboarding and offboarding of employees
-
Registration and upload/save documents in HR system
-
Admin of changes in employment conditions
-
Application and cancelling SIS-ID
Qualifications:
-
2-4 years experience
-
Norwegian professional level
-
It is an advantage if you have a post-secondary education in HR/administration
It is an advantage if you have following system knowledge:

HR administration
-
Office package
