Are you passionate about travel, culture, and sharing unique experiences with others? We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Tour Guides to join our team and lead groups on fascinating itineraries across breathtaking destinations.

Our Tour Guides are responsible for leading groups in various languages on diverse itineraries. They must provide travelers with essential information about the area they visit and create unforgettable experiences.

Required Skills:

  • Flexibility and strong motivation.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in multiple languages (German, English, and preferably one of the following: Spanish, French, or Italian. Additional knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage. Norwegian is not required. Guides must have fluent speaking and listening skills).

  • Strong verbal communication skills.

  • Teamwork abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of the points of interest in the areas you will be guiding.

Working conditions:

  • **Working Hours:**Full-time position for guides fluent in two or more languages.

  • Place of work: primarily in the counties of Møre og Romsdal and Vestland. Mainly ports of Geiranger, Olden, Hellesylt, Nordfjordeid, Ålesund. Assignments in other ports may occur.

  • Season duration: Approximately from early May to late September.

Salary Details:

  • During the high season (June, July and August), the company guarantees a minimum salary of 30,000 NOK per month for full-time positions. However, the actual pay may vary based on the number of assignments.

  • Assignments and compensation depend on your language skills, expertise, and the types of tours sold by our customers.

  • Guides are paid per assignment, with rates reflecting the assignment's duration and the number of languages required. Guides fluent in multiple languages typically earn higher salaries.

Accommodation Assistance:
The company will assist employees in finding accommodation. This support is available only to full-time employees working the entire season.
