Join our R&D Team as a Project Manager
What the job is about
We’re looking for a results-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver impactful projects within our Product Development and R&D team for Inductive Power Systems. This role is essential in bringing groundbreaking products from concept to market, ensuring that our high standards of quality, timeliness, and innovation are met. As a key driver of our R&D efforts, you will work across departments, inspiring collaboration and managing every step of the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
Lead R&D Projects
- Oversee projects from ideation to launch, focused on developing innovative inductive power systems that align with ENRX’s vision.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with teams across engineering, R&D, marketing, and more to ensure that product development meets both technical and strategic goals.
Project Planning & Resource Allocation
- Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
Progress Tracking & Issue Resolution
- Monitor timelines and milestones, proactively address issues, and ensure that project goals are consistently met.
Champion Best Practices
- Implement and advocate for best-in-class project management methodologies to elevate team efficiency and project success.
Stakeholder Communication
- Keep stakeholders, including executive management, informed with regular updates and insights into project status and outcomes.
Education and experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
Project Management Experience
- Proven track record in project management, ideally within product development or R&D environments
Proficiency in Methodologies
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as stage-gate, Agile, and others.
Leadership & Communication
- Strong proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively.
