Integration Specialist

Our Integration Services business area delivers critical interoperability solutions that enable seamless data exchange within healthcare settings. As a Senior Integration Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, maintain, and optimize integration workflows for Aygo’s systems. By ensuring effective communication between systems, you’ll help our customers enhance patient care and streamline healthcare operations. Join us in Oslo to play a crucial role in enabling data flow that saves lives.
As an Integration Specialist, you will:
- Design, develop, and manage integrations using HL7, XML, and related healthcare interoperability standards.
- Collaborate with development teams and healthcare providers to capture integration requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Implement, configure, and monitor integration workflows using tools like Mirth Connect.
- Support end-users by providing technical assistance for deployed solutions.
- Manage data mapping, transformation, and routing for clinical and administrative healthcare data.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support integration initiatives.
Your matching strengths for our role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience in integration roles, ideally within healthcare IT.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, JSON, HL7 standards, and SQL Server databases.
- Experience with OpenId and secure authentication protocols.
- Ability to work in Windows environments and handle ad hoc tasks.
- Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- Customer-oriented approach with a flexible attitude to adapt to varying requirements.
It would be great, but not mandatory, if you have:
- A strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and respect for the sensitive healthcare domain.
- Experience working within Scrum or Agile project environments.
- Knowledge of continuous integration, automated testing, and system monitoring.
- Familiarity with creating installation packages using WiX.
- Understanding of healthcare workflows, particularly within hospital information systems..
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) principles.
- An engaging communication style and comfort interacting with both IT departments and healthcare providers.
