Join the dedicated team at Hotell Utsikten, a charming boutique hotel located at the breathtaking Flydalsjuvet viewpoint, one of Norway's most photographed tourist destinations. Nestled amidst majestic snow-capped mountains and overlooking the stunning Geirangerfjord, our hotel offers an unforgettable experience for guests seeking relaxation and beauty in nature. With a rich history dating back to 1893, our cozy establishment features 29 small yet inviting rooms, a restaurant, and a lobby bar. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service during our busy summer season from May to September.
We are currently looking for experienced housekeeperswho are dedicated, responsible, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As part of our small team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest enjoys their stay with us.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing the best in-room experience for our guests.
- Cleaning hotel rooms, hallways, and all other areas of the hotel.
- Taking time to enjoy the view out of the window while working.
Qualifications we seek:
- Solid experience in housekeeping work.
- Ability to work quickly and precisely.
- Good physical strength.
- Keen awareness of what needs to be done without supervision.
- A passion for providing guests with an excellent experience .

High in the town of Geiranger, with possibly the best views in the world looking out over the famous Geiranger Fjord, you'll find Hotell Utsikten. With 29 rooms and a cosy restaurant and lobby, we welcome guests from all over the world during our beautful summers. The hotel first opened in 1893 and is now a part of Classic Norway Hotels. We're a small team of around 15 staff and our restaurants seats about 40 to 60 guests. Our season runs from the last week of May until the middle of September. |
