Are you ready for a fun and exciting challenge? Are you motivated by the opportunity to work for the world's northernmost hotel chain? Enter Tromsø Hotels & Apartments is looking for a Head Chef to open a new restaurant in our spa hotel, focusing on the high end market here in Tromsø, Norway.
We are seeking a passionate person to be a part of opening the restaurant and management of the kitchen.
Tasks include:
designing seasonal menus for local and international guests
ensure high standards and quality
controlling of costs
ordering controlling of inventory
ensuring good cooperation with existing and new suppliers for raw materials
management of kitchen
staffing of kitchen
training of new staff
