The Role
As the Growth Marketing Specialist at Findable, you’ll collaborate with the marketing and product teams to craft data-driven growth strategies. You’ll optimize digital campaigns, test new channels, and ensure that we are efficiently growing our user base. You’ll work from either our Oslo or London office, with a focus on delivering measurable results in customer acquisition and engagement.

Proven Growth Marketing Experience
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in growth marketing for SaaS products. You’ve successfully executed campaigns across multiple digital channels and understand the nuances of user acquisition and retention in a SaaS environment.

Performance-Oriented
You know how to prioritize the right channels and tactics that drive the highest return on investment. Whether it’s paid search, social ads, or email campaigns, you’re always thinking about how to achieve the best performance with the resources available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, email, and more to drive customer acquisition and growth.
• Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
• Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design growth strategies that align with company goals and target key user segments.
• Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, using insights to adjust strategies and tactics.
• Channel Expansion: Experiment with new digital channels and tactics to identify additional growth opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and customer success, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across campaigns.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in a SaaS or tech company.
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition through digital channels such as paid search, paid social, display, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar.
• Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.

Work Environment
This role offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, allowing you to work both remotely and from our offices in either Oslo or London.
