Energy System Delivery Lead

Energy Systems is part of our Energy unit who is responsible for product and technology development, supply chain operations and project delivery for all Kongsberg's Energy products and systems.

As our Energy System Delivery Lead, you will support our journey towards greener shipping. This calls for a thorough understanding of current solutions and innovation of new opportunities that will shape the future of the maritime industry.

The System Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful integration and delivery of complex energy systems for maritime applications. This role includes coordinating the system architecture including AC switchgear (HV/LV), Drives, control system, energy storage and 3 party equipment include coordinating various product delivery leads, managing technical interfaces, ensuring system-level performance, and guiding the system design from conception through commissioning and operational handover. As the central point of contact for system-level issues, the System Delivery Lead ensures that all subsystems work together seamlessly to meet project and customer requirements

We think you should have

• MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Strong background in design and delivery of maritime power systems.
• Good understanding of existing and future energy concepts for the maritime and offshore markets.
