Customer Support Lead

We are on the lookout for a passionate individual dedicated to creating value through exceptional customer service as a Customer Support Lead. As the main point of contact for our customers, you will bridge our customers to our global network and broader organization.

This position will be a part of the business transfer from Kongsberg Maritime AS to Neuver Maritime AS which is planned during the spring of 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Manage the switchboard
  • Register and update records for new and existing customers
  • Perform screening and export control tasks
  • Execute various administrative duties
  • Create cases in our ERP system
  • Coordinate with extended team to follow up customer inquiries

Qualifications and Experience

  • University or business education. Relevant work experience can compensate for the lack of higher education
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in the maritime industry is an advantage
