Miki Travel helps travelers from the Asian market to experience the best of the Nordics, from the first booking to the last farewell. We are a B2B only Tour Operator from our sales offices around Asia.

What might a day as a Booking Coordinator look like?
You often start the day by reviewing requests and updates for group tours from our Asian market clients, and go over everything from transportation and meals to guided tours across the Nordic region. Your job is to have an overview of the whole experience and make sure every piece of the itinerary is aligned with the client's needs, and that the group's travel experience runs smoothly from arrival to departure.
Throughout the day, you'll coordinate with both local teammates and international offices. You'll help manage logistical challenges like last-minute changes due to delayed flights or updated group needs. Your communication skills, flexibility, and cultural awareness will be key to solving problems efficiently, and often in a very short timeframe. Your ability to keep multiple moving parts in sync will directly impact the quality of the customer experience.

As a booking coordinator you will help our guests and groups before and under their stay in our area.
You will be responsible for the coordination and facilitation of bookings in Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Sweden.

Making and managing bookings and reservations for transportation, dining, guided tours and attractions ensuring timely and efficient arrangements for clients.

Utilizing Miki's internal bookings system to streamline the booking process and maintain accurate records of all arrangements.

Collaborating closely with other members of the Operations Team to ensure a cohesive approach to client service delivery and operational efficiency.

Assisting with the logistics of both, FIT tours but mainly Group bookings.

Participating in the call rotation by dealing with emergencies, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and other last minute issues that might arise during tours.
