Chef, The Salmon
The Salmon in beautiful Tjuvholmen is looking for Summer Staff! We are looking for Chefs, waiters and dishwasher. We are a Norwegian Seafood and Sushi restaurant with a particular focus on Salmon.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of cold and warm dishes
- Prepare sushi
- Prep sauces, veggies and raw materials
- Keep your station clean and organized
- Follow routines before, during and after service
Requirements:
- You have experience working in a high paced kitchen
- You have good communication skills, in a nordic language or English
- You are organised and clean in the workspace
- You are able to work individually and as part of a team
- You are enthusiastic and have a service-oriented attitude
- You are willing to learn and follow recipes
