We are looking for a passionate Chef to join our team at Herangtunet Boutique Hotel in the heart of the Valdres region, Norway. This position is for one full-time role starting on December 03, 2024 and ends of March 16th, 2025

Responsibilities:
- Create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests
- Prepare dishes in accordance with set routines and profitability goals
- Ensure daily mise en place, lunches, conference dinners, and banquets are executed flawlessly
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, back areas, and storage in line with hygiene standards
- Foster good cooperation between the service, bar, kitchen, and other departments
Qualifications:
- Solid professional knowledge and experience in culinary arts
- Fluent in English or Norwegian
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards
