We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at Crumbles AS, a casual dining restaurant. Starting on April 01, 2025, this full-time position offers a 100% contract coverage.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily mise en place for lunch, conference dinners, and other events.
- Follow established food handling and hygiene protocols.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, back areas, and storage.
- Foster strong collaboration between service, bar, kitchen, and other departments.
- Work on evenings and weekends as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen.
- Familiarity with Asian cuisine is essential; experience in Chinese cooking is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of kitchen equipment and operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
