About the Role: As our Chef, you’ll play a key role in creating three daily meals for 40-60 guests, focusing on authentic Norwegian cuisine that celebrates local flavors. You’ll be responsible for planning and preparing each meal, ensuring they align with our quality and profitability standards.
Responsibilities:
Design and prepare delicious meals in line with our culinary vision and profitability goals.
Lead daily mise en place for lunches, dinners, and special events.
Adhere to food handling and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe and clean kitchen environment.
Collaborate with our service, bar, and kitchen teams to maintain a seamless experience for our guests.
