BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR & SENIOR RECRUITER

BDD & SENIOR RECRUITER – NORWAY > NORDICS

This is one of the initial core resources for the business development department of StarCruiter Nordics & UK AS (Ltd.) reporting to the owners and chair. We are looking for a strong, seasoned personality with a hands-on approach and a broad level of experience from the staffing and recruitment business here in Norway. You must further execute and organise an effective market initiative for our scaling to Sweden, Finland and Denmark during 2025. You have to be highly self-motivating with a genuine instinct to B2B and networking, as you are totally focused on building the company, by recruiting key players and generating new business revenues after only 3 months. Apart from understanding the intricacies of HRM, you should ideally also have juicy sales and marketing results to back your application.

MUSTS:

✪ Minimum of 3 years of consecutive and highly successful results from the staffing & recruitment industry.

✪ Preferably you have a degree in HRM, sales, and/or marketing.

✪ Highly trustworthy personality, with an immense sense of integrity and responsibility.

✪ A true people person who thrives in coaching colleagues and clients alike.

✪ Showing initiative and finding opportunities where others perceive threats.

✪ Professional fluency in Norwegian and English.

✪ Microsoft 365 + CRM tools.

✪ An updated and current business network of both clients (and talents).

✪ A genuine 'teamster' and relationship builder.

✪ Top-notch Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills.

✪ Experience in identifying new business opportunities and building client and talent relationships.

✪ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✪ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, a visionary with feet on the ground.

✪ Knowledge and insight to current staffing and recruitment industry trends and practices.

✪ Ability to work independently and remotely, whilst we look for offices.

NICE TO HAVE:

✪ SEO tool skills.

✪ Google/Meta advertising skills.

✪ Fluency in Finnish and/or Danish.

✪ Access to talentpool.
