Kongsberg Maritime is seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Department in Trondheim. Sensing Solutions in Trondheim develops, manufactures, and delivers sensors and sensor systems for the maritime market. Our main product areas are Tank Gauging Systems, Machinery Instrumentation Systems and Condition Monitoring Systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and right quality. You will create and maintain detailed project management plans, ensuring that milestones are tracked and achieved. Managing financials and risks will be crucial, as will your ability to control costs and variations. Additionally, you will handle customer interface and reporting, keeping clients informed and satisfied throughout the project lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact.

Who you are?

• You have bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of education.
• You have experience with Project Management.
• You are customer-focused and are able to build a network of contacts both internally and externally.
• You are structured and can drive things forward, plan ahead and define priorities.
• You are able to collaborate well with others, share knowledge, information and experience and inspire others to achieve set goals.
