Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and guest preferences.

Hand-stretch pizza dough to achieve desired thickness and texture.

Accurately measure and portion ingredients for consistency.

Monitor and adjust oven temperatures to ensure optimal cooking conditions.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Assist in managing inventory, including ordering and stocking ingredients.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative pizza recipes to enhance our menu.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Pizza Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.

Proficiency in hand-stretching dough and operating pizza ovens.
