⭐️ What will be your mission?

As Account Manager, your mission will be to establish No Isolation’s presence in Spain by building relationships with schools, educational institutions, and charitable organizations. You will take full ownership of sales and growth in the Spanish market, helping us achieve our vision of ensuring every child can access education and feel a sense of belonging.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building market presence: Lay the foundation for No Isolations´s success in Spain by creating impactful pilot cases, collaborating with thought leaders, and promoting AV1 as a solution to chronic school absences.

  • Driving awareness: Represent No Isolation by hosting webinars, attending events, and presenting at industry conferences to establish AV1 in the Spanish education sector.

  • Generating leads: Proactively identify high-value potential customers, secure initial meetings, and build a strong pipeline of opportunities.

  • Closing deals: Convert leads into sales through a strategic and consultative approach, maximizing both immediate value and long-term potential for customers.

  • Conducting pilots: Design and execute pilot deployments to demonstrate AV1’s value and pave the way for broader adoption.

  • Managing accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand AV1 usage.

  • Strategic growth: Actively seek feedback, identify blockers, and collaborate with customers to improve results and foster long-term partnerships.

  • Understanding the market: Learn and adapt to the Spanish education landscape, building effective strategies to support business growth.

Who are you?

You are an entrepreneurial and self-driven sales professional with a passion for impact and a deep understanding of the Spanish education market. Ideally, you bring:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in EdTech or solutions targeting primary and secondary education.

  • Strong existing network in the Spanish education sector.

  • Passion for proactive, consultative solution selling and a proven ability to close deals.

  • A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.

  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills.

  • Fluent Spanish and working proficiency in English.

  • Experience working with CRMs, pipelines, and sales reporting tools.
